Aus-Pharm is an Australian importer of a superior US product that was under siege at the price point by its arch rival. It couldn't compete and sales were virtually dead.

Auspharm's retail consumers had deserted them, so it was time to look to new markets. A marketing plan identified large sales opportunities attached to various target market industries and a strategy was formed to deliver a PR launch.
A national media PR campaign was delivered nationally while advertising and promotional material was produced in support. Enquiries, tenders and orders began arriving immediately, and thus secured a promising future for the product in Australia.
